Monique Rangel

Originally from Farmington, New Mexico, Monique attended the University of Notre Dame and the University of New Mexico and holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and philosophy. She received her law degree from University of New Mexico School of Law and began practicing law in 2018, focusing primarily on criminal defense. Monique has worked at Stiff, Garcia & Associates, LLC since 2024. Monique’s interests include criminal justice reform; she regularly volunteers at a local organization that helps recently incarcerated women return to the community with stability, dignity, and hope.
