The firm has a great deal of experience with carbon monoxide, premises liability, products liability, failure to provide security, and negligent hiring and retention claims. Stiff, Garcia & Associates, LLC has significant complex litigation experience defending automobile claims, including defending large, self insureds. The firm has defended Federal Express in several large complex automobile cases involving causes of action for negligent operation of a motor vehicle as well as negligent training, hire and retention claims. Mr. Stiff was instrumental in training and formulating a Minor Impact Soft Tissue claim procedure for Harbor National Claims Services (Albuquerque office).

Additionally, we successfully litigated a commercial case involving the Unfair Trade Practices Act regarding administrative fees charged between a national rental car company and Allstate Insurance Company. This case went far beyond the normal issues of insurance law, and resulted in a ruling that a local practice had national impact.
